Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. We ship with USPS regional rate boxes. Depending on time of year and shipping location, we use different methods to keep chocolate from melting including the use of heat resistant foil if needed. With over 1,000 boxes of chocolate shipped we have only had 2 melted packages. We do everything that we can to keep chocolate from melting, but accidents can happen and chocolate can melt when sitting in a mailbox or on a doorstep. We do not guarantee that chocolate will arrive unmelted.Refund Policy
