Domestic Return Policy is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the original delivery date with original product packaging and in “like new” condition for a full refund (excluding the cost of shipping).

For products purchased from third-party sellers (identified as such on, individual return policies apply.

Following the initial 30-day period, and up to 60 days after your purchase, “like new” items returned in original product packaging are eligible for a refund equal to the price paid, the current selling price or the final selling price (if no longer sold on our website) of the merchandise being returned, whichever is lower. Cost of shipping will be excluded from the refund.

No Hassle Returns

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. The returned product(s) must be in “like new” condition.
  2. Email to request a return
  3. Ship the product(s) to us within 30 days for a full refund (see explanation above for items returned after 30 days)

We do not accept any returns after 60 days from original order date.

If items are not returned in “like new” condition (e.g. the product has been used, damaged etc.) or the items are not received within 60 days of original order date, the return will be considered an unauthorized return.  You will not receive credit for the product(s) and the product(s) will not be shipped back to you.

We recommend that you return the product(s) using a shipping method that provides you with the ability to track your return.  This allows you to confirm that the item(s) have been received by the seller.  In the event that the returned shipment is not received, the tracking method provided by your shipper will help you locate your package(s).  Everybody Shops is not responsible for merchandise that is not received.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

Canceling Orders

To cancel an order, please contact as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, please refer to the No Hassle Returns section for instructions on how to return items for a refund. 

Order Exchanges

Exchanges for orders placed are not available at this time.  Please refer to the No Hassle Returns section to return items.  New items will require a new order for purchase.
